Celadon pieces had been imported in Japan from 12th century Kamakura period and has been loved by Japanese people, The kinuta celadon in Sung dynasty, The tenryuji celadon in Yuan dynasty, The shichikan celadon in Ming dynasty, The Long quan celadon had begun to decline in Ming period. And it showed the last brilliance at the middle of Ming period, it's called "Shichikan celadon" Many of the shichikan celadon pieces show yellowish and little dull color, however the celadon glaze of this vase shows clear and green color.
